A ceramic garlic grater and brush set with a textured surface designed to break down garlic or ginger into a fine paste. It is used by rubbing cloves or roots directly against the raised grating plate, then sweeping the pulp together with the included brush for cooking or serving.
The flat dish format keeps juices and pulp contained, making it easier to collect and use everything without transferring between tools. Each piece is handcrafted and hand painted with an olive leaf design, creating slight variation from one set to the next.
