Returns & Exchanges

We gladly accept returns and exchanges on items that are in like-new condition. While we list a 60-day return window, we aim to be thoughtful and fair in every situation—so if something feels off, please reach out.
A few simple guidelines:
Items should be unused and in original condition
Returns without a receipt will be issued as store credit
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer
If Something Isn’t Right:
We stand behind the products we carry. If an item breaks, doesn’t hold up, or doesn’t function as it should, please let us know. We’ll do our best to repair, replace, or make it right.
A Note on Use:
If something has been well-loved or worn over time, we may not be able to offer a full return—but we’ll always do our best to find a fair solution.
