Part-Time Sales Associate
Sales Associates help care for customers, support daily shop tasks,
pull products for online orders, gift wrap, restock, and keep the store looking beautiful.
This is a good fit for someone who is warm, dependable, detail-oriented, and enjoys helping people in a calm, thoughtful retail environment.
Key Holder
Key Holders are trusted team members who can care for the shop independently. This role includes opening and closing the store, customer service, checkout, online order packing, gift wrapping, light cleaning, merchandising support, and clear communication with the team.
This is a good fit for someone who is responsible, steady under pressure, confident making everyday decisions, and able to work independently.
Back of House Assistant
The Back of House Assistant supports the behind-the-scenes work that keeps MEW + Co. running smoothly in-store and online. This role includes product processing, inventory accuracy, online order fulfillment, Shopify support, product descriptions, product photos, and website updates.
This is a good fit for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable with technology, and able to work independently. This role does not require coding or advanced web development, but it does require comfort learning and problem-solving within Shopify and related systems.
Employee Perks
Team members receive monthly MEW + Co. store credit as part of their employee perks.
Sales Associates receive $25/month.
Key Holders and Back of House Assistants receive $50/month.
Employees are also welcome to use MEW + Co. gift wrap for personal gifts, excluding pre-packaged wrapping materials, free of charge.
