Italian Olivewood Box Cheese Grater
An olive wood box cheese grater with a built-in metal grate that shreds hard cheeses directly into the base for serving or cooking. It is used at the table or in the kitchen to grate parmesan, romano, or asiago while keeping the shreds contained and easy to portion.
The attached box reduces mess compared to handheld graters and allows the cheese to be served immediately from the same piece. Each unit is made from solid Italian olive wood, showing distinct grain patterns that vary from piece to piece, and finished for durability with simple oil care.
