A decorative birthday garland spelling out "Happy Birthday" in hand-sewn letter shapes across approximately 10 feet of cord. Can be displayed as a single run or cut in two to create two shorter banners. The letters are screen printed on 100% recycled paper in bright, bold colors with no plastic components.
