All our orders are shipped via USPS. We try to keep shipping costs as low as possible, if you need rush shipping please let us know. We do our best to get your order out to you promptly but please keep in mind we do not ship orders Saturday - Monday. Please allow up to five days to process your order. Many of our items are made to order.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We gladly accept returns and exchanges on all of our products. We stand by what we make. If one of our items tears, breaks or just plain falls apart we will do our utmost to mend it. If we are unable to do so, we will replace it or refund it whichever you prefer.
If you are unable to attend one of our events, we are happy to apply your ticket to a future class or receive store credit; but please give us 24hrs notice. We do not offer refunds for classes unless there is an emergency or the class is canceled.
